Ombudsman Real Estate IVD/VPB – Duty to inform according to § 36 VSBG

The Real Estate Association of Germany IVD e.V. has set up an arbitration board in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG) with the participation of the Association of Private Builders e.V. (VPB). Among other things, disputes between consumers and members of the IVD may be settled in an out-of-court arbitrary procedure before the arbitration board.

Spree Immobilien Beeskow is a member of the IVD and due to the statutes of the IVD, is obliged to submit a written statement to the ombudsman if proceedings are initiated. In principle, Spree Immobilien Beeskow GmbH will not participate in arbitration proceedings with other arbitration boards.
